I've worked with BuckBlue several times, and all I can say about their customer service is "wow!" They go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. I have been using BuckBlue for almost 20 years. Although through the years our needs have gone up and down, I wouldn't go anywhere else. BuckBlue prints our architecture plans and marketing booklets, and designs and prints our business cards. I always know I'm in good hands. I recently inquired about getting my books printed (perfect binding) First I sent in an online quote request waited a day and no one got back to me. So I called and I spoke to the sales person Courtney she said she tried to respond to my email but there was trouble. she then asked me to send her an email so she could just respond with the quote I did, she never sent the quote. So I called again she said she sent it but she is not sure why it didn't go through which was a bunch of bs so she verbally told me what the quote was. Now I can't tell a company what they charge is to high but

Instead of having Office Depot/ Staples print last minute marketing packets, posters, architecture plans, visit BuckBlue!
I work around the corner on a TV Show production company, there are times we are in dire need of last minute posters to suddenly needing full architectural plans to be printed. Jill and Mark are absolutely splendid individuals that really make the customer feel important. They expedite the orders, let us know when its done, and the product never falls short of my expectations.
Buckblue: $3/ color at size of 36x24 sheet
Staples/ Office depot is about $6/ color at size of 36x24

We called Buck Blue-Graphics after a bad experience with another printer in town. The other printer could not reproduce the colors in a photograph accurately. We took the same image to Buck Blue and their first proof was spot on. And they charged less than what the other printer charged. They even took the proof to our clients for approval and delivered the final product.
