Bob Crivello had a vision back in 1961 to buy and sell cars that were not typical of what one would think of a used car lot. Fifty years ago used cars were vehicles that had reached the end of their rope and fit a market that was considered less desirable. With the drive to change the image of used car dealerships, Bob Crivello became a pioneer in the industry.
His goal was to supply the newest pre-owned vehicles on the market, most still having factory warranty, at a reasonable price. We all know that new cars take a large depreciation as soon as they are driven off the new car lot. Noticing this depreciation, Bob realized there are people out there looking for new cars but not wanting to pay the new car prices.

Absolutely incredible customer service. I rarely write reviews but it was just such a lovely experience that I had to. My husband and I are still in the research phase of figuring out which car we'd like to get, and Peter took the time to give us the pros and cons of the style of vehicle we were looking at, and comparisons with vehicles we didn't even know about. You can tell that they take pride in getting only the best used cars, and we didn't feel any pressure at all to buy something that day since we were still researching. I want to thank the whole team at Bob's. I went there with low expectations and they shattered that and went above and beyond. They are so just helpful and caring about every person and their situation. I could have not asked for more. I would recommend this to everyone and I will be back for sure. I bought my car almost 1 year ago from Bob (sorry for the late review) but I can not recommend them enough! This is the BEST and ONLY place I will ever buy a car!!! I cant tell you how great the service here is. They are kind, welcoming, I feel like family when I go. They walked me through the entire process and was patient when I took a few days to think it over.
They did my 1st oil change for free, and even washed my car! BOB, Sherri, and Pete all feel like friends, and I enjoy comimg back to chat with them. They offer coffee , cookies.. and even fresh apples from Bobs tree. :)
My car is amazing. I have had it about 5 months now... and I love every second of my mini Cooper.

Just Bought the beautiful Red Lexus CT200h, what a great feeling to walk on to a lot and not be attacked by every sales person. They treat you like family and understand you need time to just look around, when I picked up the car Bob went over everything with me and the his son Peter sat with me in the car to explain all the bells and whistles. Love the old fashion customer service. Would I buy here again YES.

In the last 10 years, I have purchased and serviced all my cars at Bob's, and I will continue to do so. Why? First, they treat Everyone with respect, and are truly interested in helping them find, and get the best deal on what they want and need; as friends, or even family! There reputation for being honest, open, and fair is just as important to… them (if not more so) as the quality of fine cars they sell.This is why they have such an outstanding relationship with those in this community, whether new to the area, or residents for generations. This is the only place myself or my family will buy a car. Fast friendly service with a great car selection. They stand by what they sell and if you are not happy neither are they. My parents have bought cars here for over 50 years, and this is where I have bought all but 1 of my cars. That 1 car I did not get here boy was that a mistake on my part. You cannot say enough about how great this place is!

Just had my first car buying experience from a car dealer and could not have asked for a better experience. I felt educated and happy with all the information I received on different buying options. Pete walked me through the financial process and helped me come up with a comfortable monthly payment, which was very important to me.
Sherri was always available if I called in and had any questions and helped me with the transition of my car insurance. She made sure once I signed the papers my car was ready to go with my new insurance card already in the glove compartment!
I would recommend Bob

It just couldn't get any better than at Bob's Fine Cars! Bob, (in the footsteps of his father), his son Pete, the office/admin Sherri, and the performance of the entire staff is proficient and pleasant beyond any reasonable person's expectation! I have bought several vehicles from the Crivello family over the last 10 years, and my latest acquisition is the icing on the cake!
