We had an incident where a reckless driver hit our car in the middle of the night while it was parked at our house. The driver's insurance was extremely difficult and unhelpful. Allen was immediately there for me and offering help. He called the other insurance for me when I couldn't get a response. And then when it was clear that they wouldn't be doing anything helpful for an unforeseen amount of time due to an investigation on the claim, Allen made sure that I was immediately taken care of through my insurance policy. This is an insurance agency that actually cares and actually helps.

I’ve had the best experience with this agency! I love the personal touch they provide by helping you find exactly the policy for you at the right price. Ryan Saunders has been my agent, he’s the best! He helped me find a car insurance and life insurance policy that cost much less combined then what I was paying Geico for only car insurance. Not to mention he came to my home when I wasn’t able to make it into the office to help me with the paper work. Very professional and personable, would recommend to anyone!

Where I live I am required to have renters insurance, for the last two years I have been paying close to $20 a month for a simple insurance plan and after working with Daniel and Allen, I am now paying only $8! We had a bad fire at our home.
Daniel Kroll was to our home before the fire was out! Wow is all I can say.
This is not something anyone would ever think that would happen to them, a very horrible and devastating experience.

"Like a good neighbor, State Farm is there!" Sums up my experience with Daniel pretty good. I've had a couple fender benders sense I've been with Daniel. Both times it was extremely nice to call and get someone on the other end. Especially someone who is as calm and patient as Daniel. I don't know about you but when I get in a car reck I get flustered and can't think straight. All I need to do is call Daniel and he calmly and clearly talks me through everything I need to do. Its been so nice to have confidence in my car insurance provider and agent! Oh and a side note, Daniel also saved me MORE

I worked with Allen Pugmire on a houseboat policy. Allen spent the time and worked with me and the underwriters to get a policy issued. Houseboat policy's are very difficult to get to the finish line. I worked with nearly a dozen other companies and was denied coverage. Allen got it done!
