I strongly recommend Kevin and Gazala to represent you. From the moment we first (my wife is from China) Kevin, we were impressed. He's very straight forward. He knows what he's talking about. I was referred to him by a coworker who Kevin represented. DON'T try to do it yourself. Spare yourself all the stress. Gazala will walk you through the process and give you homework, but if you do exactly as she tells you, you will fly through the process. I can't say enough about these 2 people, other than they are the best!!! Fees are very reasonable. Customer service is a 10. Gazala, you're the best!!

I hired Mr. Dixler as my immigration lawyer in my filing and I'm glad that I did. I was very relieved to see how Mr. Dixler has extreme knowledge of this process and was open and honest and made me feel confident. I never had any point in my case where I did not understand what was happening or what to expect, he even prepped me for our immigration interview and exactly what to expect. To address your "addressing people" issue - it's actually in Texas where everyone is addressed by Ma'am/ Sir. Not in Chicago. Maybe if you got off your high horse you'd have different reviews on yelp. And I'm not talking about the clearly fake 5-star reviews from people who have posted a whopping ONE review on yelp. Mr. Dixler returned my email inquiry almost immediately. He answered my question about my green card process over the phone and didn't ask for anything in return. I had already filed on my own but had one question which he was happy to answer. He gave me advice and wished me well. Charged a big fee for consultation. Kept on bragging about his contacts and how he can speed up the process. Explained things and laws which were not even related to my immigration case. Talks too much and says things which are irrelevant, just to kill time.
Services are expensive and the impression I got was that he was totally greedy and concerned about money. He kept on talking about the possible contract if I hired his services and how it would be configured again if a particular amount was reached.
There are other immigration attorney's who don't charge anything for consultation

Terrible customer service. I called and the receptionist who answered was short with me. I had some questions about the services Kevin provides - I heard he was a good at his job. She told me I had to schedule an appointment for a fee. I am NOT going to pay for a service if I do not feel comfortable with the person providing it. Rude, incompetent and greedy. The next phone call I made was to Azita M. Mojarad, she answered the phone herself - she was polite, professional and she seemed to care about what I had to say. She even gave advice and rates over the phone - she told me my inquiry does not
