I have been participating in recreation gymnastics since I was 3 years old here at Dynamite Academy of Gymnastics. I was 15 when I invited and started competing on the Trampoline team. I joined the team with no expectations but ended up qualifying for J.O. Nationals and won Gold on the Double Mini Trampoline, in 2013.
The goal of Xcel is to provide children of varying gymnastic abilities and commitment levels the opportunity to learn leadership skills and team support while competing in a fun and rewarding environment. This is a recreational girl's competitive program under the guidelines of the governing national organization, USA Gymnastics.
Levels 1-3 Team: This team is an introduction to the USA Gymnastics Trampoline and Tumbling program. At this level, we want the children to have fun, learn to compete and begin the steps for achieving the higher levels. The athletes will compete locally and regionally.
Levels 5-7 Team: At this level, the athletes are required to train more hours in order to achieve the goal of qualifying to USA Gymnastics Trampoline and Tumbling Junior Olympic Nationals. The athletes set goals and are trained to achieve the goals they have set for themselves. These levels require a commitment from the athletes and the parents.

I like my daughter's teacher but the front desk secretary is very rude she don't look at you in the eye when you speak with her. Sometimes she's talking to someone that have nothing to do with her job and see there is people on the line that needs her attention for information she won't she excuse me let me help the costumer, she just keep talking.
