Lost 2 car mats. Manager had a canned reply and didnt even listen to what we had to say. He just kept repeating same canned reply. Why would we take two mats? I dont know but why would I have two and no more for the other side of the front and back? Not everyone who comes to you is trying to rip you off! Ohhhh now I get it we are mixed race couple!!!! So….. we would be the ones trying to rip you off?!!! Shame on the business that still has managers etc. who are rascist. He, the manager would rather have foul taste in a customers mouth than replace two mats. He made over $232.00 but cant fix a

I recently had my 2021 challenger detailed and the A+ package done and I am very impressed. Staff was very professional, the work was done in a single day and the I am very pleased with the quality the car looks better than when I bought it even after a week of daily driving. My car will only be detailed by great lakes chemical from now on.

Ruined my husbands brand new 2021 trucks paint job. Not sure why they had to buff a brand new vehicle out but they did and left scratches and swirls on the paint and plastic and then sealed right over it. It looks terrible. They didn’t even finish the undercoating on the truck, and the over spray was everywhere. The inside interior was supposed to be coated as well, they did the back seat and floors but didn’t remove the seat covers on the front seats, just coated the covers. When confronting them that we weren’t happy, they blamed the dealerships car wash yet they have a touch less car wash

My car looks the best it has. Great Lakes did a Ceramic paint coating, Rust Protection spray, and Sound deadening undercoat. Hands down the fastest and most professional detail shop I have ever worked with. Will be back for sure!

Whilst some of the reviews for this service and company are a bit mixed, I can vouch for their service and I am very, very happy with their service.
I brought in a decently dirty Acura MDX and came back with a very clean car. I am very happy with the service and while it did take a bit, I planned to not have anything bumping right up to this appointment, and the waiting room was comfortable.
Happy with the service provided and would definitely come back here if I needed a detailed car wash during the colder months (since I wash my own car during the summer).
