I personally love shopping this local grocer. Not only do they have a great selection of the essentials on my list, they have AMAZINGLY nourishing options prepared for you in their deli section. Although the items in the deli are a little pricey, its worth it knowing they only use the best ingredients.
I find the staff friendly and helpful whenever I have questions regarding supplements.

This was my favorite store when I lived home. I just came back for a visit so I went here a few times and I was disappointed to say the least. I waited for a ridiculous amount of time for my juices. There was nobody able to effectively help me in the nutrition area. The energy was so different and not the happy vibe I loved. I felt very uncomfortable interacting with some of the staff which was so strange considering I loved the people here more then anything else.

This location has been here quite a while and has built up a nice local following. They have produce, prepackaged items, Frozen items, refrigerated items, and smoothies to order. I purchase something here that my friend had not been able to find almost anywhere in Monmouth County. These staff are quite helpful, but a bit standoffish. They won't ask you if you need help, but if you ask them, they will go out of their way to assist.

This is the place to go if you are looking for unique and different products. Yes, they are not as big as some of the chain natural markets. But the people who work there are super friendly even when they are packed and extremely busy. If there is something you are looking for and they don't carry it, just ask and they will more than likely bring it in for you.
Amazingly fresh juices and smoothies! Nice selection of soups and salad bar options! Wonderful wraps and premade salads!
