Services
Since 1995, PA Medical Supply has been providing home medical equipment and soft good orthotics to patients throughout the Southern Adirondack Region. Our experience and focus on customer care allows us to be a valued partner in the care of your patient. We will work closely with you to guide our mutual patients through what has become the complicated process of delivery and reimbursement for the supplies they need.
PA Medical Supply offers a diverse selection of electric mobility products, more commonly known as scooters for the elderly and disabled. Shop our showroom, filled with indoor, outdoor, 3 wheel, 4 wheel and portable scooter. PA Medical supply also offers a wide variety of accessories for scooters, as well as replacement batteries and repair services.
PA Medical Supply's showroom offers a variety of rolling walkers. Rollators are a good option for those who struggle with lifting and maneuvering standard model walkers. These walking aids are known for their frame and wheels. While rollators are easy to move around due to the reduced friction of a regular walker's rubber feet, they are generally a little heavier.
Not only does PA Medical Supply offer walkers and rollators, they also offer knee walkers. Knee walkers are an alternative for crutches, wheelchairs and regular walkers. These knee walkers are most often used by people who cannot bear weight on a particular leg due to a temporary injury or permanent disability.
PA Medical supply helps people enjoy the ability to stay in your home longer with stair lifts. These mechanical devices help those who struggle with getting up and down stairs by providing a seat which carries the user level to level. The experts at PA Medical supply will refer you to Acorn Stairlifts, who will send someone to your home and help you choose the stair lift that will fit not only your home, but also your lifestyle.

I think this place is a rip off! The prices are easily twice the price of anywhere else., if not higher. They refuse to give refunds, only store credit. It's shameful how they take advantage of the elderly and disabled! I would NOT recommend this place to ANYONE!

Apparently this company does NOT work with ANY insurance companies to help the elderly or disabled living on fixed incomes to get a financial break on needed medical aids. I suggest that anyone needing those aids call SAIL in Saratoga or Queensbury. THEY can help to get you what you need if available without hassle or attitude from companies who don't care about the individuals only their bottom line. As an in home aid SAIL has proven to be a wonderful resource for people in need of in home apparatus.

We had a very positive experience. My mother had a hip replacement, needed equipment and I called them, they were very nice, and accommodating.
The owner made the delivery happen, and everything went as promised. The price was more than fair for what we bought. Grateful.

My wife recently underwent ankle surgery and we were in need of some form of medical equipment to facilitate her moving around within the home, as well as outside the home. After Googling the issue and making a few phone calls, we decided to drive the 25 minutes from Saratoga up to PA Medical Supply in Queensbury, which is conveniently located on Quaker Rd. Upon entering, we were pleased to see that the CoVid prevention protocol was in place. We definitely made the right decision, as Tammy and her staff listened to our concerns, made a few recommendations, and within an hour we had resolved the

Four months post double mastectomy, I visited PA Medical Supply to be fitted for mastectomy bras and prosthetics. Tammy made me feel comfortable as she accessed my surgical scar and recommended the perfect styles and size to fit my needs. She is compassionate and knowledgeable, about the surgery, her products, and insurance coverage. I know this was a small part of her busy day, but it was a big step in my recovery. I look forward to my annual shopping trip to PA Medical to purchase bras. I highly recommend that other women with the same needs go to Tammy for fitting.

After suffering multiple ankle injuries, I contacted PA Medical Supply based on the recommendation of a friend who has had great experiences with their products and staff. Upon entering, I was greeted by warm smiles and caring individuals who appeared genuinely interested in helping me even though there were a couple of customers ahead of me being served. I looked around patiently and while doing so, the owner came out and greeted me as well.
Soon after the other customers were helped, I was approached by a staff member, Tammy who listened and made sure she understood my issue. She directed me

Shameful people, only want money. Kept claiming to be a small business and couldnt take my insurance but was unwilling to help a lower income patient by offering a product at an affordable price. A small business that just doesn't care. Couldnt help find another store that would take my insurance, not even tell me a name. Pathetic. I found the same product (actually a superior one) for less than $20 online!

I recently had surgery on my right foot. My dad went to PA Medical to get me a knee walker. They do not accept MVP so they rented him one for $90.00. The day he brought it home, I was using it to come from my kitchen to living room, the seat broke off and I fell landing on my foot. And hurting my neck/shoulders/arms and my foot/leg. I called them to tell them, they said bring it in, they have never heard of such thing. I called them back and said I was not ready to leave my house because of my inability to get around yet. I spoke to the owner and asked if they could come pick it up. He was unwilling

The staff at PA Medical is very knowledgeable and helpful. Yes, you pay a bit more than you would online, but you don't get the same service. They know how to work with insurance companies for items that are covered and can save you a lot of money in the long run.

Don't buy anything here, online prices are about a third of what this place charges. You can go to Amazon and get free delivery so why pay the outrageous mark-up. Also, visit the Independent living agency over on Glenwood Ave to look at what they have - they can loan you equipment till you figure out what you need.

I think this place just soaks insurance companies - I don't fault anyone from making a profit but at some point It becomes outrageous.
