There is not much positive with any of our experiences with Pool Pro. Sloppy work, lazy attitudes, broken promises.
Every step they had to ask what was to go on because no one had any plans. They didn't plumb for bubblers... then fixed that but only plumbed for two... so they fixed that and plumbed for 3 bubblers which what was designed. Then they did know how deep or how far out to build the tanning shelf, so I had to keep going out and tell them it's wrong. Then with all the misinformation, the bubblers aren't centered correctly, but at least we have 3.
