This complaint has NOTHING to do with the SERVICE received at this branch. I could've been talking to someone in Russia for all I know. I was just trying to get my towed.
Being that it is so difficult to find the complaint department let me just drop this here:
Monday, Dec 3, 2018, I left work about 3pm CST to have more than enough time to get my car towed to the dealership. I place the call at 3:51pm to get the process started to have my car towed to 4707 LBJ FWY, Dallas TX. Which is about 2 or 3 miles from my apartment. So sure enough I have to enter all of my information. The customer service
