HORRIBLE. Made an appointment 24 hours in advance for a ride to surgical center. Made sure to give a time that would allow for lateness. They never showed up. When I called after giving them 1/2 hour to show, to find out if the driver was on the way, they hung up on me. They also hung up on me
on my several other call attempts and by the 3rd call I got voice mail. Ended up driving myself to the surgical center, had to leave my car there and find a different taxi service to get home after surgery. DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE PEOPLE AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

my husband and i came in late at night on a flight delay from south carolina. and our car rental was closed until the morning. emmett our driver (i hope i got that name kinda right) was waiting to take us to hotel when we stepped off that plane. he was the best thing we had seen all day. great job. thank you

Had emergency car trouble at Eastside Walmart on Arrowhead. Stayed with the car while my girlfriend called Surf Taxi to get groceries home. Not only was the driver prompt (arrived in 15 minutes), he was VERY courteous and the car was super clean. He also helped my girlfriend unload the groceries when they got to our home. Will definitely use Surf Taxi again!

Not at all reliable! Think twice about your choice with Surf Taxi! I ordered a 4:45 am ride to the Sioux Falls airport from my home in southern Sioux Falls to meet a 6 am plane departure to Atlanta Friday, April 20. I did verify with Surf Taxi that this time would work and received a confirmation a cab would pick me up. Unfortunately, no one showed up the day of the of my departure April 21. I texted and called two times, before hopping in my car and getting to the airport myself. There will be an 10-day parking charge at the Sioux Falls airport when I return May 1. Should have used Lyft!

My go to solution when I need a ride after a weekend out. Awesome local company! The service is top quality, and the drivers are always friendly. Another big plus, you can purchase drinks during your ride. The Surf Taxi app is easy to use and when you order a ride, you can see how far away the driver is so it eliminates the guessing of when or or how far away the taxi is.
