We needed help with our septic system, and Jason was out the next day. He told us what we needed to do before he could proceed, the next day Steve was out to fix the issue. Very responsive, communicated with us the whole time, and got the issue resolved in a day. I hope we never have an issue again, but if we do, we will call Straight Flush for sure.
