Talbott Glass, LLC is the oldest family-owned business in Elkins, West Virginia. A painting crew consisting of the dedicated teenaged boys, Duke, Kenny, and Dorwin, "Talbott Brothers, Painters and Decorators, " quickly grew into a full-fledged business, while brother Rezin painted murals throughout the Kerens and Halliehurst mansions.
Talbott Paint and Glass was founded by A. Dane "Papa" Talbott in 1906, and continued to be operated by the Talbott brothers, Dorwin, I. D. "Duke, " and Kenneth through 1978. Duke's son, Mark Talbott, now carries on the family business.

I could not give them zero stars or I would. I called this company in September about getting an estimate on replacing all the windows in my home. Jason said they would work with my realtor and get an estimate out to me within two weeks before we moved in. It has been over 3 months and many calls only to be told that Jason is working on it. Jason has never even called to schedule a time to do the estimate or to explain why it is taking so long. I do not understand how they stay in business. The people are nice when they answer the phone but nothing ever gets done.

Poor customer service and scheduling. We contacted them to schedule repairs, we were told they would put in a work order and contact us to schedule. 6 weeks went by, no call. Called them again and there was no previous work order. The website specifically states that they cover Lewis County. When giving them directions in Lewis County they stated that it was pretty far . We were then told that someone would be here last week. Another week of waiting, no call. No worker showed up. We had quite a bit of work that could have been done
