Women On Wheels
Women On Wheels is a not for profit, international, family-oriented organization founded in 1982 that serves to unite all female motorcycle enthusiasts while promoting a positive image of the motorcycling lifestyle. Whether you're a rider or passenger; a novice or expert rider, women of all ages and skill levels, and all motorcycle and scooter types are welcome.

Male, female, and child support members are also valued members of the WOW family. If you enjoy riding, socializing, laughing, learning, supporting, sharing and friendship then Women On Wheels is right for you. WOW members are riders in their teens, in their eighties, and every age in between! WOW's focus is on the members and the lifestyle of motorcycling, rather than on the make of machine.
Services
As a member, you are part of a family of fun-loving female motorcycle enthusiasts united by our passion for riding and a desire to support one another. The connections made through WOW open the door to endless possibilities for friendship, fun, and amazing adventures. Note: For those outside the US, membership plus printed magazine is an additional $5/yr due to higher magazine mailing costs.
The annual Women On Wheels International Ride-In is the very best place to enjoy the camaraderie of riding with other ladies that enjoy motorcycles and motorcycling. Each July, with the assistance of different Chapters, WOW invites members to the 3 day event, which is held in the assisting Chapters' general location.
The 36th Annual Women On Wheels International Ride-In Committee is proud to present "Sassy". Sassy is our virtual mascot for the 2022 Winona Ride-In. Please feel free to download your very own Sassy print him and create your own Sassy fan (A paper plate and a ruler works great) to take with you on riding adventures.
Once you become a member of Women On Wheels, you are welcome to participate with as many local chapters as you choose for no additional fee or you may choose to remain unaffiliated. There are currently more than 46 chapters across the country. We encourage you to check out a local chapter to learn about rides and other social get-togethers.
In 1983, in an effort to keep in touch with members around the world, a quarterly newsletter called The Wheeler was published and distributed. Today, the WOW publication, entitled Women On Wheels, is a quarterly magazine consisting of stories and articles written by the membership, as well as information about new products of interest to women riders, and happenings throughout the motorcycle industry.
