Valley Dentist has been taking care of my husband and me for 14 years now. My husband recently had a dental emergency and they took him right away. They referred him to a surgeon who couldn't help him the day he went so Cynthia advocated for him and got him into a surgeon quickly as he had other issues that can be affected by dental problems. She sent him to a great place. She kept us informed on her progress and even texted us the day after the appointment to see

Took my 14 year old son here because we were not happy at his prior practice. Raven was amazing after the appointment my son said she was awesome she talked to me like she knew me already! Dr M explained to my husband about my sons hygiene and what he had diagnosed. Very happy that my son will be much happier going to the dentist. Everyone from the front desk to the back were very welcoming and friendly. Office is clean and love the seasonal decorations outside.

I came to Valley Dentists of Belchertown with a crown that was in bad shape and painful But before going in I frantically called all over to find someone to get me in. I called and left a message on the machine, and that evening I received a call from Cynthia, whom was very caring. Do not go to this dentist! He has a very offputting personality and isn’t good with children that have anxiety. He is not comforting and doesn’t have good bedside manner.

We recently switched to Valley Dentists, I have to say it has been the best experience with a dental practice ever! Raven and Dr. M are amazing! They are warm, kind and extremely patient with my 4 year old who has struggled with dentists in the past. The reception ladies are great too! I love the small and personal feel you get as soon as you walk in the door. You aren’t just a number like the big practices. I can’t see my family ever going to another dentist.

Absolutely professional, courteous , warm and fuzzy individuals who care. From the paperwork and meeting Cynthia at the desk, that in and of itself was delightful and nice. Amy took care of Zak. The interaction between my son and her was extremely interesting and informative. She took the time to tell Zak why he was there, what was going to occur… and detailed each step as she took wing bites and cleaned his teeth. She went over the proper way of flossing. I found out that floss sticks are absolutely useless. They don't do the job. He was so at peace. Meeting Dr. M was a trip. Tall and caring

My son has been coming here for a few years now and almost every single time I bring him in for a scheduled appointment we are in the waiting for 45+ minutes! His last appointment we were waiting for an hour till I left.. Who knows for how much longer after that. I completely understand if there was an emergency or something happened but every single time? Not likely! So frustrating!
The only reason I gave them 2 stars was because the hygienist is wonderful with my son. He really likes her.
