Accommodating when we added a few last-minute changes Understanding when a heatwave hit and we remove some of the plastic sheeting over windows, which they had to put back up the next day.
The end result is a perfect paint job that makes our 94-year-old house look brand new. Our paint crew did a great job and the foreman, Gersson was exceptionally great to work with. He was always available to answer questions, good at problem-solving, very patient, kind, and highly professional with great customer service.

I had my office cabinets painted by MB Jessee Painting and they turned out gorgeous. My office is open to the rest of the house so it was important that they 'wall off' the work space from the rest of the house which they did to not get everything dirty.
The team kept the work area very clean and was respectful and fast. We will hire them again to paint our walls in the near future.

We didn't realize that replacing our windows meant we would have to repaint. Because we know our windows have lead in them and we have a 2 yo son, this was a big concern as had to be out of the house when any lead dust could be released. We called MB Jessee (after having worked with them on original re-painting due to lead discovery in our home) when we started window replacement, and they were able to come to our home just two weeks later to complete all interior needed painting. Not only did they do a good job in minimizing costs by focusing on lead risky areas, but the windows look fantastic

Anibal and his team were great! We had them paint the exterior of our house. They worked hard at prepping, cleaning up every day, and paying attention to our neighbor’s requests. They were helpful and patient in the process of choosing house colors and were very attentive to all the final details. The end result is beautiful!! We highly recommend them.

Overall, we had an excellent experience with MB Jessee. Communication was excellent at all times. Anibal, Alberto and their crew were extremely diligent in understanding the specifics, preparing the job, and undertaking the painting work. The signed estimate from MB Jessee did not change, and any additional work orders (i.e. carpentry for dry rot) were always notified, discussed, and approved in writing before work was commenced. The result? No "surprise" billing, and no ever-increasing scope of work. This way of doing things keeps everything stress-free and on track.

We hired MB Jessee to paint the exterior of our church. We thought they’d be a good fit given that they have a niche business painting churches and have high Yelp reviews. Unfortunately, we were disappointed with the customer service and quality of the paint job. The prep was inadequate - the first coat of paint went up before the surfaces were properly patched and sanded. The communication was poor - requests made to the foreman were never relayed to the crew. The job dragged out for an additional two months with all the work that needed to be redone. I'm not sure if it was bad luck but the finished job did not align with the initial promises or expectations of a "quality" paint job. This account is based on my experience with MB Jessee in July 2021 until September 2021. I had three areas painted, which included a larger hallway/stairwell. Initially, I requested MB Jessee match a competitor's lower bid. Their response was "sure", but they did this by removing work from the estimate. This should have been the sign to not move forward. The initial deposit was larger than allowed by law, another sign.

I've used MB Jesse in the past in role as property manager. This project was for my home. The crew and their work deserve the highest praise. There were complications with scheduling, coordinating with other contractors, and everything was resolved so that work was done beautifully and on-schedule. We are very pleased with the job that Foreman Harmin Fuentes' crew (Fernando, Gregorio, etc.) did on the exterior of our house. They took the time to prep well before painting (power wash, taping/covering non-painted areas with plastic, filling cracks, sanding, and priming). We live in a neighborhood where houses are side to side (no gap). Everyone noticed how careful the crew was. Neighbors I've never met came and asked for my feedback and contact information for MB Jessee/Harmin.

Time was of the essence for us and they were able to finish in 2-3 days while still ensuring that the job was well done. They care of little details, including some patch work.
