Worse company I’ve ever worked for 1 they love to do is force dispatch. The office staff does not care about what you need or want. They are middle Eastern owned and only care about you if your middle eastern too. If they don’t like you they will look for a reason to fire you. They are worse then western express and that’s saying a lot.

Just finished up orientation in Phoenix. Very impressed with the staff I've interacted with. Flew into Dallas to pick up my truck and they had discovered the AC wasn't working and put me up in a hotel while they're repairing it. Should be up and running today. Looking forward to a new career with these guys.

Critical: Professionalism
This company needs to vent their drivers. On 10-12-21 in flagstaff,AZ one of their drivers nearly ran me off the road. He was driving a red freightliner pulling trailer L 7506. His truck number is L701057. He needs to be fired. I have all this on dash cam and will be posting it onto the wall of shame.

New Legend seems like a company with potential. However, I had to walk away before beginning in their operations department when learning they did not offer PTO, only 3 holidays, a year, wanting to work us 6 days a week, carry a company phone, and their health insurance costs are insanely high.
The company has an aggressive vision to grow and I wish them well. The people I interacted with seemed caring and passionate about this vision. As stated there seems to be some potential. However, It will be hard to attract and hold potential, quality team members without correcting the issues listed earlier

I had to leave Legend recently due to family issues. Legend was a pretty good company and one of the better ones. They do have a few issues they should work on because most of the drivers I knew that eventually left or were leaving all said the same thing. First, they hook you with a really good dispatcher like Joe. He’s good and has you running good miles ,tries so that when you have to do the 34, you’re home. After a few months, you get another dispatcher. For me it was female. I found myself spending more time out and getting paid less. The loads were not good. I would get a load to deliver

Great place to work. They will give you the miles as long as you want them. Decent pay and always have a good check. The drive managers here are great. They always check on you and strive for you to do your best to maximize your miles. They will work with you to get you home as well. New to newer equipment and hey keep it maintained. I highly recommend this company to work for if you want a good Western Regional route.
