A pipe burst during the winter storm and it caused the entire first floor of our home to flood. We couldn't get anyone out to our home at all. Our home was hit by burst pipes after the Big Freeze. Due to miscommunication by the insurance company our need for ServPro services was not known for a month. By then I was convinced it would take forever to have them get here. I was amazed they had crews in the neighborhood and were able to work us in. The crew swooped in, thoroughly did their job, did the demo they needed to get done, left fans to dry out the area, treated with mold prevention and cleaned up in record time. Now if only my insurance company was this responsive.

These 6 Women we're freaking awesome they cleaned my house from soot damage due to the freeze. They cleaned ceilings, walls, floors, everything. They were so sweet and personable. It was amazing.
