They are really professional & arrived at the time they said they would. They were wonderful enough to haul my old washer & dryer for free. This was my first electric dryer & they even gave me the connection cord since it didn't come with one. Temco delivered my new arrange from Home Depot and they were great. Delivery team was polite and very timely. They provided updates starting the day prior to delivery and followed up with a confirmation call once it was all set up.

I ordered online from Home Depot a brand-new Refrigerator (Frigidaire 18.3 cu. Ft.) on 02/07/2021 to be delivered and installed in my condo in San Diego occupied by the tenants at that time who reported the old fridge in the condo not cooling properly. The order included delivery, installation and hauling away the old fridge. Home Depot used Temco Logistics to deliver and install the new refrigerator on 02/17/2021 at my condo. Ordered a washer and dryer from home Depot beginning of December. January is almost over and STILL don't have it. Here is all the tea:
First attempt: they say my washing machine pan is too small and they can't install it without the pan. They give me the dimensions I need. Reschedule delivery.
Second attempt: same delivery guys from the first attempt come to the home. They ask if I have a washer pan installed as previously requested. I told them that I do. They then state that they forgot my washer and dryer so they can't install it.. And they actually laugh about it. How they

I was truly happy with Temco Logistics and with the 2 employees who delivered my new refrigerator. These men clearly knew precisely what they were doing as they removed the door and the freezer drawer of the refrigerator and literally carried it into my home. They installed the unit quickly and gave me helpful advice. I cannot even imagine a more professional delivery and install. Thank you, Temco !!

They delivered my washer and dryer from Home Depot, moved it in and connected it. They called ahead to confirm the time that they would arrive (which was as scheduled), and arrived at that time. They moved them in quickly and carefully and tested both appliances. They were their masks, were friendly, and professional. I was happy that they were the delivery company chosen by Home Depot.

This company is the absolute worst! I bought a Frigidaire dishwasher at Home Depot in December to be installed by these idiots. After waiting 2 weeks to the delivery date, and well over the delivery time window for them, they wouldn't install it without a new extra long water supply line. They refused to use the existing Frigidaire supply line even though nothing was wrong with it and Frigidaire no longer makes extra long supply lines. Team for delivery and installation called 30 minutes prior to arrival. Arrived on time with my new washing machine and went to work. Removed the old washer and helped clean the area under the washer and the dryer before installing the new washer. Quick check that all washer hookups are good and properly working. Job well done. Update: my stair railing isn't fixed. Someone there sent me a message on Yelp and said they would help. I gave her all the information but, she can't pull it up. The order number, THEIR claim number, the phone number the order was under, the phone number the claim is under. Then she stopped responding. Costco did get involved and the claims rep finally did call my husband. Gave him an attitude. He had to tell me to walk away because I was getting fired up. Got a call within 1 hour of actual delivery.... telling me when they would arrive. I had read the pre-delivery instructions and had everything ready. They came in and evaluated the situation and told me what they would do. Removed the old washer (which is very heavy) from the second floor and brought in the new one, hooked it up and started it. I didn't sign until everything was done and working. Everything went very smooth, efficient, and really quick. They unloaded the washer onto the sidewalk and removed all the packing materials outside so there was not a single piece of mess inside the house

My daughter purchased a Samsung fridge and stove from Home Depot. Temco logistics is the delivery company used by Home Depot for deliveries. She RECEIVED a delivery date for the appliances on Dec. 8, 2021. A redelivery took place Dec. 11 2021, because her FRONT DOOR needed to be removed. The Scheduled time given was 12:30-4:30pm. Her door was removed for the delivery at 11:15am by maintenance. At 3:30pm she called to follow up on her delivery and was then told the time was UNKNOWINGLY changed to 4:30pm -7pm and she would be the 10th delivery. Remember

I’ve had to reorder my laundry center 3x already. Temco’s delivery team failed to deliver the first time, broke my old unit and falsely claimed my valve was corroded to avoid installation and delivery, and the third delivery was cancelled for NO REASON after calling me to tell me they’re on their way. It’s been almost a month and I still have no laundry center all because Temco employees are incompetent, lazy, and dishonest! These two young men were EXCELLENT. They call and text me 1/2 hour to let me know they were on their way. Before they unloaded fridge, they came in to measure doorway, walkway path and place where fridge would go. Then they carefully took off front door and put it back on when done. They gave me a few minutes to get a few things out off old fridge before they moved it. They took extreme care to move new fridge in without scratching it and had it up and working in a few minutes, giving me the manual and extra parts. The drivers/delivery specialists were polite and efficient, delivering and installing my appliance quickly and in just the way that I requested. I was given a 4-hour window and delivery was made in that first hour. They called when they were about 30 minutes out, and arrived just as expected. What a nightmare. I'm a renter and sadly washing machine saw it's the last cycle. Temco was responsible for removing the washing machine and installing a new one. Installation went seemingly fine and the guys who did it were pleasant. I was advised the washing machine was ready to go and gave it a test cycle after they left.
Clearly, something was not done right because my house is now flooded and I'm on the line with an absolutely useless customer service team trying to fix this nightmare situation.

The first attempt of delivery for the dishwasher was a fail. It looked like it was thrown off of a truck & then run over by said truck.
Second dishwasher installation attempt was better but in less than 30 days this horrid metal against metal scraping began.
A representative came out 2 friggin' weeks later. They said that we had a defective unit & to call & get a replacement started. I called. The man answering the phone said I'm going to put you on hold for a moment. About 10 minutes later a lady answered. I'd been pushed back to the end of the calls on hold for help
