Bought the "bigger better" Tiger Cat 2 with a mulching kit and it takes multiple passes to get a good cut. After being told to change the blades on a new mower and it still cut the same I took it in and was told the tire pressures were off and the deck was dirty, that's all they could find. I was offered half of what I paid to buy back a mower I put less than 10 hours on plus bought new blades and hauled it in twice to be checked. The customer service wasn't terrible but this place definitely doesn't stand behind their product.

If your buying a chain saw, weed eater, blower or any type of power equipment, this is the place. Beyond excellent service. Stihl has always been number one regarding anything with a small engine. Scag is the absolute best in mowers.
I have been a contractor for 30 plus years, I always buy commercial grade power tools. The price is not that much more than a home owner grade tool. A Stihl chain saw will last forever if Maintained properly. But they have both.
Whats really good about Advanced is they will send in your registration on all power tools you buy. If it breaks they will do the warranty
