Dr. Jason Kouri graduated magna cum laude from Univ. of California at Irvine in 1991 with a Bachelors of Science degree in Biological Sciences. He continued his graduate education at the School of Medicine at University of California, San Diego where he received his MD degree with honors in 1996. Dr. Kouri entered the US Navy as a Family Practice intern and went on to become a General Medical Officer.
True wellness involves balance in many areas of an individuals health. This physical care practice focuses mainly on the nervous system, however there are many other systems such as the digestive, cardiovascular, immune, and nueromusculskeletal systems. Phenomenal service, approach & assessment & treatment in practice. I came across this team at GRAPEFEST while I was in town for work. Generally when I think of chiropractic I think of temporary relief by cracking but Dr Jerry, Anthony & their staffed changed my perspective completely by their approach. They did a test at the event on my back and pointed out some tension in areas and when I came into the office I got an x ray and we immediately discovered I have military neck which could be a source of lots of my complaints. I've been going to Dr. Jerry for a year now. He's personable, professional, and cares about the well being of his patients. It definitely makes a difference for me after every adjustment! I work from home and sit in front of the computer for hours so my biweekly adjustments are right on time!

The staff at Align Health are AWESOME! I never have to wait I check in and off to the back I go. Dr.Jerry is just as AWESOME as his staff he is very patient with me, he will answer all of my questions, he listens to what I have to say. Dr. Jerry is the best chiropractor I’ve been to, bar none. I suffer from a multitude of spinal issues and I’ve been to a plethora of “specialists” who all tell me I’ll never get full relief. A few visits with him, he pops me like a glow stick, and I feel immensely better. Highly recommend if you seek a true professional who takes a genuine interest in your care.

Dr. Jerry is very thorough when explaining about your insurance, treatment protocol and whatever issues he's addressing with you. He believes in addressing the root cause and not the symptoms, so that your body can function as it's designed to. I've had major improvement in the time that I've been a patient. I have been suffering from migraines since 2012. I have military neck! I've had 3 different neurologist and still no relief without painful injections. I had a few consecutive visits with Dr. Jerry and felt relief in my neck immediately. My neck has become stronger and haven't experienced any migraines since I started my therapy. Super clean and thorough during these crucial times as well. I will continue there while in Dallas! Highly recommend for anyone in look of physical therapy/chiropractor.

Dr.Jerry and his staff are fantastic. I have been seeing them since early December for various neck and upper back issues and I feel significantly better. Dr.Jerry is very keen to understand both your issues but also you as a person to get to the root of the cause and correct it. Don't get me wrong, the rehab is hard work but well worth it to fix your body without unnecessary medications.

I walked in after a year and a half of right side low back, hip, glute and hamstring pain. I have been to chiros and many doctors over this time. Things did get a little better but were at a standstill. I was VERY skeptical when I entered the office. I found that Dr. Jerry is not a typical chiro. I started going to Align (in Grapevine, Tx) because I have had decades of problems with my neck being sore, having headaches and limited range. Amazing service! Love the energy from all employees and patients. They all are there for the right reasons. Candida overgrowth made me change my life.
