Quick review update (can't believe I've been coming here for 10+ years). Came to ATD to get new tires on the SUV. Jesse was extremely helpful over the phone and also day-of install. Professional, honest and reasonable prices. Tire purchase includes free rotation. Highly recommend this local spot in East Pasadena.

I am a contractor who lives in Pasadena California I really depend on my tires for my living. I was recommended to American tire Depot by another contractor on a job site. I went and then was helped by a man named Vinny who sold me the BFg tires I wanted BFg 28-75-R 16's For a great price $800 out the door. I was very happy with that prize and also paid them to do an alignment. When the truck was on the alignment rack I was informed by Vinny That the car would not align due to the fact that I needed a camber kit I found that unusual due to the fact that I've already had three different

I love this place. I have been going to Vinnie for 5 years now. He is always so helpful, he patches tires when they can be saved, and his prices on replacement tires are very fair. Quite a few times I have just come in unannounced, and they are able to fix me up while I wait, which is very convenient for me. I would not go anywhere else.

I called and spoke with Mike ahead of time and he gave me a thoughtful and informative estimate based on the information I was able to give him.
When I arrived he was able to help me determine if I really did need new tires and showed me what to look for so I can determine when I need tires in the future.
Together we decided that I really only needed 2 new tires and then explained the different attributes of the different brands they had available.
I was pleased that I could wait inside while maintaining the 6' space between people.
Mike was knowledgeable and personable.
Overall I

Vinnie is the best!
To some the younger customers he is Uncle Vinnie, to others he is Brother Vinnie..
He treats you so well he is like family.
Vinnie and The company is great,
I can keep going on how great this location is,
I get tires and my alignments done here...

I had a flat tire. I came here to buy a tire and the owner was honest enough to tell me that he could just fix my tire.
I left my car there and came back to pick it up an hour later. I asked how much I owed him and he said the fix was so simple it was on the house.
Honest, fair, and kind! They've won my business from here on out.

Bought my tires here a few years back and received great service. I have my tires rotated to keep their warranty and the owner is always really nice. My only gripe is that the last time I had the tires rotated, the mechanic must have done the job and not washed his hands--by the time I got back to work, I realized that grease on the steering wheel and door had transferred to my hands and pants.

Ive been coming here for years for one reason, Vinnie is the best. Whether it's fixing a flat on my wife's Honda, new tires on the Porsche, trailer tires on the toy hauler or even off road tires for our Polaris, I know without a doubt Vinnie will take care of us. He is always competitive with pricing and if he can't get a special tire in time , he will tell you where to go and make sure you are safe. I would definitely give them a chance if you need new tires or a repair.

First, each time I've gone there, maybe four times in the last three years, I've always talked to Vinnie (I believe he's the owner). His manner can be a bit gruff, I don't mind at all. He's just very straightforward and to the point. That said, he's got a great heart. He's not about selling, he's about helping.
So here's my story: I've been there four times in the last three years. I keep driving over sharp objects that pierce my tires

I have been to this business on several occasions, and I am always treated politely, fairly, and expeditiously. This is the best tire store in Pasadena, without a doubt. The owner/manager has literally saved me thousands of dollars. I can't recommend this business highly enough. Don't be fooled, by the way, with a similar tire store on Foothill with "American" in the title. It is not even close to the quality or service at this place. "Depot" is what to remember in the business title. You won't be sorry.

I'm writing this review because of something I saw occur while in the store. To begin, the person who ran the store was very fair. He gave us 2 brand new tires at a good price and didn't jack the price up when we came back to pay for it.
He also has great taste in breakfast, hahaha. It was early morning, my husband and I suffered a flat on the way in to work and when we stopped at his shop, after receiving the quote for the tires and work, we asked where we could get breakfast.
