My wife bought me a remote starter for my birthday. They gave her a gift card and i called them up and set a time and date for install. Only downside was no monday installs (which is my only day off...but hey, people need days off, I get it...the world doesnt revolve around me) They did it pretty quickly (about 3.5 hrs). I dropped it off before work, just filled out envelope and put my keys in and dropped it in the secure lockbox. They texted me to let me know it was finished and I got it when I was done with work. Friendly staff and, as far as I can tell, quality work. Would totally recommend

It was a great experience! Very friendly and knowledgeable of car system replacement. I had a friend recommend them to me and I would do the same! They said it would take just a day and were actually done in a couple of hours. Another place said 2 days and less equipment and more money. I am very happy with my purchase!!!!!! And warranties!!!!!

I been having trouble with my radio went to two different spot and still was having trouble and I went to sound decisions and they put a new touch screen radio and new speakers in my car I drop it off around 9 and they text me around 1 telling me my car ready to be picked up and they was very friendly with good customer service !! I love it I would definitely go back

Honestly, this is the first review that I have ever given. I am 100% so happy that I decided on Sound Decisions. Chris and the Sound Decisions Team are fantastic. Chris suggested and the Team installed a great sound system, back up camera and turn signal side mirrors, for a mini-van. Yes, a mini-van. The complete sound system, head unit and speakers, make me feel like I'm in high school again. But I'm 64, so high school was a few years ago. I would 100% drive from Muskego to Racine for this service again.

Stopped by Sound Decisions today to see if they could resolve a problem that I was having with my car's remote starter. I was very impressed with both the level of customer service and expertise that I received. Within minutes, Chris was able to diagnose the issue and quickly repair it. I've had two remote starters installed and so has my dad. Their customer service is fantastic and they're very friendly and welcoming. I don't know much about cars or the products, but they explained things in an easy to understand way. Open on Saturdays too, which is convenient for my full-time hours during the week. They also referred me to a local locksmith for a spare key vs. the dealer so I saved a bunch of money!

The owner listened to everything I wanted out of my stereo, addressed my concerns for splicing into the factory wiring harness, and the level of craftsmanship I expected on my 40k vehicle.
Not only did he deliver, but it was better than expected.
Super clean install that looks oem, did everything he could to ensure the system was plug n play per my request, sounds amazing, and he managed to come in below my budget.

I will never shop sound decisions my first time going to them was for information and the information given was wrong like not even a little wrong a lot wrong. They told me my subs were 500 watts max when they are 1200 watts max and these people sell memphis subwoofers? Then tried to get me to spend $300+ on a 500 watt amp. So today i thought i might check out their prices on an upgrade for my inline fuse holder and fuse. The first person i talked to told me my total would be between $20 and $25 for these 2 items but upon being rung up the lady told me my total was $47. So i spent my money at stereo

Sound Decisions is best described with one word. Excellence. I originally had my car stereo installed in California. Long story short something was causing my battery to die every night. I took it to Stereo1 in Milwaukee first with no results after 4 appointments.
With just one appointment with Sound Decision they were able to fix the problem and make the stereo better than ever. They are very professional and do their best on each and every vehicle they work on. Highly recommended.

Two and a half years following install...update:
Navigation stops working. Have a shop open everything up only to discover Sound Decisions did a terrible job with the install. They actually showed me the work on the inside and everything was tore up, placement of the gps unit was abysmal, sloppy work overall. I'm amazed it even lasted this long.
Back up camera stops working. Take apart the entire trunk to discover rust as Sound Decision cracked the license plate light casing to insert the camera wire...and never informed me. Discover the camera stopped working because the install included

I've gone to Sound Decisions for an automatic starter then later to install a camera and DVR.
They got the work done within very good time limits and the professionalism of the staff is a welcome thing these days.

Sound Decisions is THE PLACE to get your remote starter for your car - if you are anywhere in the area - or even if you aren't! They are very nice to work with, very thorough, very patient (in my case, this was important) and even had a sense of humor (remember that patience thing that I mentioned?). I have had two remote starters installed here and have NEVER had an issue that wasn't resolved by them. Keep up the good work!

Been driving by that pink mailbox since I was a teenager so decided to give them a try. Had an iPhone jack put in my car a few years ago by these guys and after a year the jack stopped working. Talked to Chris who said, "Get it in, let's swap it out no charge."
Awesome! Newer, slimmer jack, same manufacturer. Good to go!
A little more than a year later - this jack stopped working as well. What the ...?

This is a small "mom & pop" operation, but very professional. The weather was nice so the staff worked on the cars outside in the driveway. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they worked quickly and efficiently. They installed a remote starter for my car, and the price could not be beat. Worth the drive to Racine!

Consulted this company after going to best buy. Price points were same for a head unit, but quality was better. After I chose a head unit, was pleased to see that install was free. Dash kit and wiring harness cost through them was same as I could get online, so had them do it. They did a custom wiring job to permanently install a phone charging cord. The stereo looked great and everything worked.
The owner was super nice, very pleasant and tried to figure out my needs prior to suggesting a product and turns out he's great at selling me what I want, and not things I don't need. Therefore
