Services
My love for hair started in middle school, where I would do locs on friends and family as a hobby. It became a career when I turned 21. I honed my craft as a hair stylist by working in salons. There, I learned how to cut, color and style all hair textures at a professional level. During that time, I began feeling less fulfilled in the services I was offering.

Lou is absolutely amazing. A friend of mine, found her in June 2021 and recommended her. She is a god send because I wasn’t able to go to a salon for 5 years after getting in a car accident that left me quadriplegic. My friend searched and reached out to many salons to see if they would be able to accommodate me in my power chair and be comfortable performing services for me. She was one of the only salons to get back and said she could accommodate me. My hair was severely damaged because I wasn’t able to care for it properly because I am paralyzed. Lou Lou is very professional and the best at natural hair. She really takes the time to educate you on how to properly take care of natural hair. I’ve been going to her for almost 3 years and she never disappoints. I also love how whenever I get my hair done I feel like I’m at a hair spa. It’s very relaxing. I highly recommend Lou if you have natural curls and you are interested in a stylist who focuses on hair care. My hair needed some extra TLC as I’d just taken out a braided hairstyle. Lou was the perfect choice to deliver that TLC. Lou chatted with me to begin with and then carefully assessed my hair’s needs before giving it an extended wash and condition. I fell asleep at the wash bowl…the experience was so relaxing. She also showed me how best to apply my styling products to get the most out of my curls. I left with perfectly defined soft beautiful curls.

I brought my daughter to Lou for a consultation and couldn’t be more happy with the answers and guidance she provided. She was patient and helpful with my little three year old. Lou recommended products styles and maintenance to keep her hair looking fresh and healthy. Can’t wait till she fully opens up her kid version. So i can take her all the time
