I showed the nail lady the picture of what I wanted and chose the colors from the palettes and she brought the correct red one and the wrong white one I specifically asked for one that was not delivered through like these, I know red is pretty messy but she didn’t even clean up the sides of my nails and we had got there at about four thirty and didn’t get out till six, most of the nails aren’t even even at the top of the nail, and for the red lines that are supposed to be candy canes I showed her the picture and even left my phone open so she could see and she redid it three different times

I’ve given this business more chances than it deserves, but my last experience there was the last straw. I went to get my nails done and used the dipping powder. Not a few hours after leaving we’re my nails breaking. I noticed my nail tech did not use the base but I thought maybe they didn’t use it anymore and I didn’t want to tell someone how to do their job. I came back a few days later and showed them how over half of my nails were broken. They seemed annoyed like it was my fault after I told them that had never happened to me. Another nail tech fixed my nail but could not get the right
