This company is full of crooks. When I first called to inquire about how much declogging a AC drain pipe cost, they quoted me at $126 an hour plus travel time. I got another quote from a different company for the job and it was $189 so I sent him away thinking this company was cheaper. When the guy from Preferred came I kept asking him how much it was going to be and he kept saying he doesn't know. When he left he charged a total of $376 (he stayed for less than 2 hours $126 × 2 = $252) and did not leave a receipt. I called the next day to inquire about the charge and they said they would get
