Guedea Services was established in 2000 by Tom Guedea who later brought on his sister, Yvonne Guedea, also a licensed irrigator. Tom and Yvonne are both born and raised Austinites which gives them a competitive advantage when it comes to knowing the south texas landscape. Called to get a quote and have some work done and Tom responded promptly to schedule. Their quote was the most reasonable and he was able to fit my schedule to come onsite. Once onsite he took care of the issues with my sprinkler system in a prompt and professional manner, left detailed instructions for me and my wife. Tom Guedea is a top notch sprinkler repair professional. I had a new fence put up, and during installation of one of the poles, the fence contractor broke my sprinkler wires. I ended up digging up the area around the pole and uncovered the sprinkler wires and attempted to fix them myself. Fortunately, the sprinklers came back to life, but I had abandoned zones that when they activated, a valve got stuck open causing the abandoned (and damaged) zones to consistently operate. I was unable to find my valve boxes, so I called in a pro.

We had a brand new sprinkler system installed by Yvonne a couple months ago. We have yet to have a single day where we haven't had to go adjust a sprinkler head for one reason or another. We will go adjust them, and then the next day it will revert back to the way it was functioning before and we have to go manually adjust them again. If it's not happening daily, it's at least every other day. If I wanted to constantly be fixing something on the sprinkler system then I would have installed it myself. I will text her asking for her to come out and fix the problem, and I'm lucky if I get a response

All I can say is WOW!!! Tom was absolutely amazing. He went out of his way on a Friday evening to help us with some sprinkler work. He not only solved the problem quickly but he was so passionate about his work that he was willing to teach me along the way. I wouldn't use anyone else for my irrigation needs. Thanks Tom!

Tom did a great job installing sprinklers at my house! He is professional, takes pride in his work, makes an effort to make sure you understand the system and how to repair it. He was very consultative. He made recommendations on controllers, water efficiency, sprinkler placement and inquired about future landscaping plans to accommodate them. He understands that sprinklers and grass are an expensive investment. Love my new Wifi sprinkler system.

Awesome service. Came to my home to fix sprinklers that were not working. He fixed a few but then showed my son how to fix the rest. He spent an hour showing my son, and only asked for $15 to cover the cost of the parts used. As if that wasn't enough, he followed up with an email telling me where I can buy additional sprinkler heads at a discount and told me which parts to buy (he sent me the links)! What great customer service!!!

I read about Guedea services on the Circle C Facebook page with great reviews and called them yesterday and they came out today to fix a break in my drip irrigation hose.
It was one of the best experiences I have ever had. He was polite, professional, and showed up when he told me he would come to my house.
He even took the time to explain what he was doing and showed me how to perform the simple repair myself.
I would recommend this company to anyone, based on my experience today.

Recently, some very naughty dogs dug up a section of wiring for our irrigation system and chewed up several of the wires. My husband and I attempted a fix but weren't successful. So, I messaged Guedea Services on Yelp about my sprinkler issues on the Friday of the 4th of July and had Tom out bright and early the following Tuesday morning to check out my system.
He was wonderful - gave me lots of pointers on maintaining and troubleshooting our system. He worked quickly and efficiently and couldn't have been any nicer.

Guedea Services is exactly what I was looking for in a sprinkler repair company: great pricing, quick responses, informative and helpful, and easy to schedule with. I submitted a quote request here on Yelp and Tom replied to me a couple of hours later. Even if he isn't able to respond that quickly--which could be hard, since he does the work himself--it would be worth waiting for his reply.

Fantastic work! We had them out to look at our system and give it a tune up. They raised heads that were too low. They also adjusted the spray pattern to even things out and keep our siding from getting soaked. The results were great, the prices were more than reasonable, and they were very easy to work with. We'll definitely use them again.

It took them 24 hours to call me back, I reached out to them via email on their website and also called. No answer, no email reply until the next day. I submitted the form on their website early in the morning around 9am...called around 10am...nothing.

I had a broken sprinkler line last year in my back yard and called a plumber to repair it... $400 later the line was repaired. A couple of weeks later, I noticed the grass was dying in a portion of the yard where the plumber had worked. The sprinklers were not working there anymore. The guy had cut a sprinkler wire. (sigh)
