Edward did a master bathroom renovation for us. His glass installers did a very poor job, and made a sloppy cut in the quartz. He insured us the gap in the quartz would be filled in to blend with the quartz. Long story short, he has been paid in full, and it’s now five months later and he still hasn’t fixed the issue. We filed a BBB complaint and he never bothered to respond to it. Looks like our only recourse now would be small claims court. So disappointing because I really liked Edward. Do not ever pay for work in full until ALL items are completed, including minor punch list items
