On yesterday I was hit by a deer while driving to work I called State Farm 24 hour number to let them know about my car. They immediately got someone to pick up my car for repairs and made arrangements for me to get a rental car. Once the office opened I called Mark Riden office to let them know and everyone I spoke to was concerned that I was okay. Now I called the office three times and spoke to three different people about questions I had throughout the day and everyone was very concerned about me. Thank you Mark and your team.

I came into the office because of a mailer I got. I talked with Max. I wasn't planning on switching that day but Max gave me so much great info and detail I walked out a State Farm Customer. Since then I've gotten to know Mark and the rest of the team. They're all great people. Not long after switching I was involved in a hit and run. I worked with Max again and he told me what the deductible be for this situation and explained everything in detail once again. I got my check very quickly and got my car fixed. Great team and great customer service! Glad to be a state farm customer!
