Sadie + Diwas here. We are Seattle- based lifestyle and family photographers, visual story tellers and partners in all aspects of life. We hail from Wisconsin and Nepal respectively- that's a story in itself. Love is everything- living what you love and loving how you live are paramount. We strive to provide imagery that stands up to the level of love in your life, whatever the storyline, and however you express it.
My husband, Rodney, and I were referred to Sadie and Diwas by our wedding planner. Getting married in Seattle but living and planning it in Atlanta was not easy. After looking at their portfolio and realizing their style matched up with our aesthetic and vision for our wedding photographs, we began our relationship with Sadie and Diwas.

The photos are amazing. But what really sets them apart is how they really capture a deeper look at the folks they are taking pictures of. It's really hard to put into words how they are able to capture the moments in between the moments. It's their subtle ability to capture us at the most beautiful and joyous moments that allow us to truly see a moment in time where we are at our best. In addition to beautiful photos, they are wonderful to work with, taking the time to learn more about you and what your hopes are from the photo shoot. Sadie and Diwas are great! They made a potentially stressful family photo shoot and preview session into fun activities for our family. So much so that my 6 year old asked when we would be doing photos with them again. They managed to get us relaxed and not noticing the camera. (A hard task for me being one of the subjects) They were gracious and professional. The photos were wonderful--it was hard to narrow down which were our favorites.

Sadie and Diwas have done several shoots for our business. Head shots, group shots, real estate listings and event photography. They are great people, conscientious, hard working and do a wonderful job of capturing the scene, whatever that may be. They've done photo booth shots and capture the breadth of our events. We are incredibly pleased with the choice of Diwas Photography for our wedding. They were personable and unlike some other photographers, were not pushy at all. We just genuinely connected with them on a personable level. They impressed us over each stage of our planning, when little specifics (of us as a couple) were retained. Our communication with them was direct, clear and well heard. Timing is of the essence in wedding planning and they have the experience to innately know the flow.
