Gilead is a Christian camp and conference center in northern California. We rent our facilities to churches and other Christian organizations, as well as host our own summer camps for children from 1st-12th grade. Throughout the year we host quality Christian programs for adults. We offer innovative programs bringing together multiple generations, as well as hands on leadership development training for high schoolers.
We offer many events throughout the year including: Grandparent's Day, Gilead Day and Easter Sunrise Service! Each of our programs are a week long and are intentionally designed to help our campers experience God and have fun at the same time!

Services
Gilead is a place where God works and moves in the lives of those we serve. Our staff members play an essential role in providing a warm, comfortable and inviting place for our guests to learn about Jesus and grow in their faith. In order to accomplish that, we seek out employees that have a vibrant walk with Christ and are called to the ministry of Mt.
We believe in one God who created the universe and exists in three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit. 2. We believe the Bible is the Word of God, inspired by the Holy Spirit and is without error in the original manuscripts, and our only authority for living life. 3. We believe Jesus Christ was conceived of the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary and is fully God and fully Man.
We are looking forward to summer camps in 2022! As always, we will provide your child with an amazing opportunity to fellowship, have fun and learn more about Jesus in the beautiful redwoods here at Mt. Gilead. Shawn is the youth pastor at New Vintage Church. He holds a degree in Youth Ministry from Simpson University.
Timothy Teams is a three week discipleship and leadership training program for high schoolers going into 10th grade and up. Our focus is to see young men and women committed to Christ who are passionate to grow deeper and rise in spiritual leadership. Timothy Teams is dedicated to shape future leaders through team building activities, in-depth trainings and one-on-one discipling.

I'm searching for a church so I called Mount Gilead and I asked the receptionist were they having service tonight and she rudely replied we open at 7 like always!! I don't think I will ever go there , God is a God of Love and the Lady I spoke to on this church phone is not concerned about my soul and if she wasn't so rude and prideful, I may have attended church tonight, but that's not what I'm searching for to be rudely talked to because I called to see if they were having church, God please guide me to a church that is about winning souls and that open out a Spirit of Love

Excellent church!!!! It fulfills the scripture John 13:35 "By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another" You can feel the presence of God in the parking lot lol things are just done in excellence people are really whole-heatedly serving God here! I miss my home church :( This is a good place for anyone who is looking for a church home I would say to pray for the members consistently that they might remain teaching sound biblical doctrine and focus on the love of Jesus!! God bless you and welcome home!!
