I have been coming to the shop for years. I have trusted them with both my Honda and Infiniti. My family also trusts them with their cars. Eddie always does a great job with communicating what's the issue and calls to confirm the work before completing it. It's always great catching when I bring my car. He always asks how my family is doing and remembers to ask about my trips. They have a loyal customer in us.

Eddie has a wealth of car knowledge, is trustworthy, and has fair prices! I was visiting Dallas from CO and had some cooling system/potential head gasket problems with my 2010 Subaru Outback 3.6R. I double checked all Eddie's recommendations and prices against the Subaru Outback forums, another Dallas mechanic, and a friend who works on a lot of Subarus, and Eddie was spot on with all his recommended maintenance and his prices were fair even with knowing I was from out of town and trying to get back on the road. I asked him a lot of questions and he was very thorough with how he diagnosed the car

Eddie and his crew is very friendly and get the job done. As a woman most auto repair shop's will take you for a weakness. However, at North Dallas Imports Eddie took great care of my daughter car and was up front about what need to be done, not trying to get over or pay extra. I will recommend this shop.
