Our program is $99.00 to get started. That will include the doctor visit, first injection, and a prescription for an appetite suppressant if you need one. After the first visit, your weekly injections(If you choose to do them weekly) will be 18.00 or 25.00, and there is no co-pay. Our Board Certified plastic surgeon will usually be available a couple of times per month for Botox, Juvederm, Voluma & Kybella.

To start the program please give us a call & make an appointment. Your first initial visit is $99 & that price includes getting lab work drawn & meeting with the Doctor. Patient must come in to office every 2 weeks for testosterone injection. Insurance should cover your lab draw. If you do not have insurance it will be a separate bill from the lab.
