We have used Rick’s refrigeration exclusively for about 8 years for all of our refrigeration needs at our grocery store. They are efficient and effective. They go out of their way to provide needed service and every emergency is treated as such. We have never been left wanting if our needs were, in any way, able to be met — even on holidays, weekends or after-hour calls.

The first time they serviced my make table the young man was awesome. Except the fan did not get out back on correct and it worked it's way off which causes the table to go down and I lost $100 of dollars in product. When I called and talked to Amanda she was very rude and told me they don't guarantee their work after 30 days was not covered yet it was not working due to their guy not properly putting it back together right. Then Amanda told me after hours rates was $200 yet the service rep was here at 3:30 and I asked him several times if it was after hours he said no he got there before 5. Yet
