This company was beyond careless with our home. They installed a heat trace line and told us to have an electrician put an outlet it in the wrong place causing us to have to pay to redo the outlet. Then they installed the line and a new water filtration system and left without explaining to us how to use it or maintain it. When we called for instructions they were incredibly rude on the phone. Then we went to change the filter and discovered they mounted the filter so poorly it came right off the wall. Would 100% NEVER call this company again.

After our daughter's family of four was here for a week, we ran out of water. After a couple of days to let the well recover, it wouldn't build pressure. Hmmm. We wanted to hydro-frack our well to try and get a higher water yield. No one local. We called Rosick and spoke to Dave. Having a noisy water pump, I didn't know who to call....several friends highly recommended Rosick, glad they did! First they came on a service call and gave me the bad news that my 31 year old water pump was shot and the tank was so rusted she didn't know how it hasn't sprung a leak. They set up a convenient (for me) appointment to replace both, early the next week. They did a wonderful job however, after a few days the gauge started to leak, I called and they sent a repair person right over. Fittings on our water tank broke this afternoon so we were both flooded and completely without water in the house at the same time. After calling a bunch of plumbers who were ultimately unavailable, this company sent out a repair team within five minutes of my call! They were professional and efficient. Dale came to my house and removed our well pressure tank and switch. He installed a brand new one, it only took him a couple of hours. How he carried the old tank up out of the cellar and out to his truck still half full of water I will never know. He cleaned everything up better than it was. I would recommend Dale and this company in less than a heart beat.

We had Rosick drill a well for us in an extremely tough area for water. That was five years ago. He ended up drilling really deep and only got 1/3 gallon per hour... which is typical for this area. He tried some other techniques to break water into the well, but no luck. He told us to give it time. Over the years, we have never run out of water, operating a small farm (no house on the property). Lately, we have been using a lot of water... one day last week, we must have pulled 700 gallons out... I was concerned about running the well dry.
