Services
Brad Souza began his construction career over a quarter century ago. After spending time as an apprentice and a journeyman, he went into business for himself and established Han's Construction in 1984. He incorporated the business in 1993. Han's Construction services all of Alameda and Contra Costa Counties, as well as select projects in San Francisco, Marin County, and the Peninsula.
We are a direct repair contractor for several insurance companies. Fire and water damage are our most requested areas of expertise. We routinely inspect and estimate costs of repairs for a variety of insurance carriers and adjusters. We do everything from initial board-up to hazardous material survey to loss analysis and estimating, as well as complete turnkey repairs.
Your adjuster assigns Han's Construction, Inc, a general contractor, to your claim. Your adjuster may also assign a specialized restoration or abatement company, depending on the nature of your claim. Restoration companies specialize in drying out excess water and moisture, and removing odor and stains caused by smoke.
