Located above your furnace is the A/C Evaporator Coil, also known as the "air conditioning coil." The evaporator coil is made up of tiny fins that absorb the heat and cools the air. Ben showed up on time and was respectful of my property. He cleaned out the ducts from my clothes dryer to the outside exit. He was friendly and knowledgeable, explaining what he was doing and why. I will be calling them for the service on a yearly basis and it is nice not to have to worry about having a dryer fire.

Both Greg and Chad were honest, highly trained and experienced professionals. They answered all of my questions and comprehensively explained the processes. I have every confidence that my ducts were thoroughly cleaned and disinfected by these experienced and knowledgeable practitioners!
I am a fastidious homeowner, and they were so tidy that I did not have to go around cleaning up after they left!
They deserve a raise!

ADM was recommended to me by my local HVAC/Plumbing contractor whom I have relied on for decades for prompt and reliable service at both my residence and at my rental property. I was very pleased with ADM service. During my first phone call, they explained what services could be provided and were able to give me a prompt call-back quote over the phone based on my simple description of the properties (# and types of rooms, furnaces) and (I assume) some on-line research for confirmation. Neither of the two national name brands I also contacted would give me a quote until after an appointment and

The two man crew was great. They worked very efficiently and completed a quality job. They cleaned all my air vents and ducts are a small electrical fire. After they were finished the house had no smell and was better than it was before the fire. Thank you!
