We take the dirt and stains with us, not smear them into the padding or mask them with dry cleaning chemicals.

Royal Steam only uses the Hot Water Extraction method, aka "Steam Cleaning". The is the only method that is recommended by carpet manufactures, and will not void your warranty. For average usage, we recommend having your carpets cleaned every 12 months. For heavy traffic areas combined with kids or pets, 6-9 months may be appropriate.

Matt is an absolute LIFE SAVER. I moved into a new townhome in Longmont on Sunday, 11/3/19. The carpets were supposed to be cleaned that previous Friday, 11/1, but they were not able to get there in time that night and asked to postpone until Monday 11/4, which would have pushed my move-in back. I was desperate. I found another company called Steam Bee Cleaning (before Royal Steam) to come on Saturday 11/2, between 2-4 PM. at 1:45, Steam Bee called me and said they were running late from their other job, and that they would not be able to make it.
