I never though that the Judge would shed more tears than my dearly estranged the day I got divorced, but Her Honor did.
I contracted the Law Office of Kevin L. Beard around Spring 2018 to represent me in a divorce action which included a very lengthy and extremely contentious custody battle over young children. Primarily, Mr. Beard's associate,… Mr. Jack Gates, handled my case. I can not speak highly enough of the representation that I received from Mr. Gates. This statement should not diminish the excellent resource that Mr. Beard proved to be throughout my divorce, I just did not work

I'm not sure what the other reviewer is talking about, because Kevin Beard is the best attorney that I've ever seen, and personally used. Kevin has helped me and other family members through many various legal issues over the past several years. He always provides an immediate response, adequately prepares for the case, and successfully follows-through obtaining a fair, legal outcome. His prices are very fair, and he is not the type of attorney to gauge clients for every little issue (as many other attorneys do). I cannot say enough good about Kevin - reason I take offense to the other person's

I was recommended Kevin Beard by a friend for a minor child support issue, and ended up with Phil Hinkle. I could not be more unhappy with the service he provided. After charging me thousands for preparation, we were at the court house lobby filling out my financial disclosure. Then at the conference, I don't think he even took good notes. I would strongly recommend staying away from this office because if you go in to hire Mr. Beard, you may end up with Phil Hinkle.

If you're looking for a lawyer to get the job done, this is your guy.. He's amazing, you will need to do some work, but i would have no problem sitting back and just doing exactly what he told me to do.. he knows law inside and out, and is always very willing to explain things to you until you fully understand. And watching him in the court room, he makes it look so easy. we even had the Judge thank him for extra work he already had prepared..
