At Advanced Custom Metals, Inc., we deliver advanced, high precision laser cutting and welding services, providing customers exceptional accuracy in a flexible range of materials. Advanced Custom Metals operates with a 3-axis Flying Optics, CO2 type laser outputting 2000 to 3500 watts. Cutting may be performed on steel, stainless steel, and aluminum, as well as wood and acrylic.

At Advanced Custom Metals, Inc., we have an excellent reputation for transforming a collection of individual components into a close tolerance assembly that exhibits a very high standard of quality. We built the irradiator shell highlighted here for use in a UV printing system. Using the customer supplied parts and drawing, we were responsible for welding, fastener insertion, and powder coating.
With our comprehensive skills mix, Advanced Custom Metals, Inc. provides complete, end-to-end production services for fabricated metal assemblies. We manufactured the faceplate shown here for a local client in the refuse industry. Designed for use in a garbage truck can-lifting mechanism, it featured dimensions of 17.75" in length x 18.00" in width x 10.00" in height.

My custom kitchen hood cabinet was not cut correctly by my cabinet maker, so I needed a custom stainless steel liner for the hood fan as part of my new kitchen project. Having never done this type of thing before, I’m very glad I contacted Advanced Custom Metals!

Based on the online reviews I found here, I reached out to ACM and spoke with John S. I was looking for someone to build a simple custom movable fire pit. I sent over some crude drawings and info to John and he turned around a fire pit in only a few days in time for the weekend outdoor get together I was hosting. I was able to easily paint it myself using some high heat ultra spray paint and the results are awesome.
John's welds are a work of art and the fire pit exceeds all my expectations for workmanship! This pit will last unlike all the hardware store pits! I cannot recommend ACM enough. My
