I am very disappointed at how I was treated in a very disrespectful non-professional way by a certain sales character(male). All I wanted was simply specifications on some of their machines, he sounded as if he was on some type of substance, he was yelling at me on the phone, little does he know that we might of bought some of the machines if we have to, now will we go to another company, his loss for being rude. This is a very big loss in the thousands of dollars! How rude and stupid could he be!
