Ines staged our condo in April 2021. Her work greatly improved the value of our condo (which sold after the first weekend it was on the market), and our experience was completely seamless. Right away, she took the lead with the staging (gathering our input as needed), carefully choosing beautiful furniture that worked in our space and ensuring that everything fit nicely. When one item was slightly too small for a room, she made an extra trip many miles in the same day just to replace that item. I am a Residential Redeveloper and came across Envision Redesign when we were looking for a stager for a recently finished project. Ines was fantastic from our first meeting, we walked the property and talked through different ideas for each room. I found Ines at Envision Resdesign because I needed a table refurbished. After we started talking,I realized she was a certified color expert, interior designer, project manager, stages homes for selling, and so many other things. Basically, she is a wellspring of knowledge. We had just purchased our first home and lived about 45 minutes away so Ines helped us get permits for the remodeling we were going to do, helped me choose floors and paints and I used all of her contractors. Ines with Envision Redesign was an absolute pleasure to work with. She staged a flip my husband and I did and her work was beautiful. She was responsive, punctual, professional, and has great attention to detail and an amazing eye for design. I was especially impressed with her ability to work with a small, difficult space and make it seem roomy and spacious. Her furniture and decor was modern and in great shape. Ines from Envision Redesign was amazing to work with! She was very responsive, got back to me really quickly, and scheduled a consultation right away. I had started staging my home myself, but soon felt overwhelmed and had so many questions about what would look best for the real estate listing photos. Ines to the rescue! She has a designer’s eye and could quickly assess just what each room needed to look its best, bring out the highlights, and tell a story.
