The mission of Ethos Home Care and Hospice is to enrich the quality of living for those we serve. Ethos was formed in February of 2014 by Bethany Retirement Living (Fargo, ND), Eventide Senior Living Communities (Moorhead, MN) and Knute Nelson (Alexandria, MN). Ethos provides personalized home care and hospice services to individuals in the Fargo-Moorhead, Detroit Lakes and Grand Forks areas.
Each partner organization, on its own, is widely recognized for providing innovative services to aging adults throughout a continuum of care. Additionally, and most importantly, each partner possesses similar values and is committed to achieving the highest quality of care for their organizations to successfully accomplish their nonprofit missions.

Our leaders are focused on the growth and well-being of our employees, clients, patients, and the communities that we serve. Cassie Zielke, MSN, RN is the Administrator of Ethos Home Care and Hospice. Cassie began employment with Ethos in 2014 as the director of home care. In 2017 Cassie transitioned to her current role as Administrator of Home Care and Hospice.
Ethos Home Care & Hospice's programs and services offer a support system of experienced team members who assist both the patient and family in meeting their physical, emotional, social and spiritual needs to enhance their quality of living. Philanthropy helps to fund innovative enhancements throughout the Ethos Home Care & Hospice organization and its partners.
Your loved one needs a little help with day-to-day activities, so they can stay independent and at home. It can feel like a big jump - hospital or rehab to home. Home health care services help you transition back to independence. Nurses, aides, and speech, occupational and physical therapists support you as you return to independence.
Hospice is all about keeping your loved one as comfortable and pain-free as possible during their last days, weeks, or months of life. Your loved one's quality of life is the focus of hospice care. Whether they have days, weeks, or months to live, comfort and pain management mean they can make the most of each day.
Telehealth nurses keep an eye on your loved one's health so they can stay in the comfort of home. Telehealth allows nurses to monitor your homebound loved one's health without them having to leave home. Your loved one receives a telehealth kit that includes a tablet where they'll record their vitals and make video calls to nursing staff.
