Dr. Koch, Owner and Audiologist, received her doctoral degree in Audiology from A.T. Still University in 2012. Her Bachelors and Masters degrees were both awarded from Western Michigan University. Dr. Koch has been an Audiologist for almost 20 years. She is a member of the Academy of Doctors of Audiology (ADA) and received her certification of clinical competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language Hearing Association (ASHA) in 2001.

My husband and I were referred to Evolution Hearing over 6 years ago by our physicians and recently updated to wireless. The technological improvements in that time are impressive and Evolution Hearing is obviously on top of those changes. The entire staff 's personal attention to detail is extraordinary.

Needed fix and refurbish on my aids. Called one day, had appointment the next day. Dr. Koch did a great job in correcting my problems in minimum time. Hearing is improved and mechanical fix is doing its job. Great service, great folks. Suggest you give them a try. You’ll like it. Happy Thanksgiving!

I have been going to Evolution Hearing in Charlottesville for at least 5 years. Dr. Koch is very professional, very willing to go above and beyond in explaining things and in her willingness to work with me in visit times since I live so far away. I’m now on my second set of hearing aids and she has listened to my needs and I believe she has directed me to the best product for my hearing.

All my questions were answered even before I asked. I definitely had a limited budget and they understood this.. Was able to match me with very good pair of hearing aides and suppllies for less than $2000. The best part was demonstrating on my ears how the aid would feel and the awesome improvement in hearing!

This was my first visit. Everyone was most helpful and at no time did I feel service was rushed. Dr. Koch was very attentive to my hearing concerns and arranged for testing on the spot. She also evaluated my current / old hearing aids and clearly laid out my options and next steps with no pressure. A great experience! I've set up an appointment for some additional testing. And I'm sure Dr. Koch will help me navigate my options afterwards. I'm looking forward to it.

Met with Dr.Koch and received a thorough hearing test. Discussed results and the tinnitus issue I was having. She explained the test results very well and listened to what I had to say about my issue. I never felt rushed and she answered all my questions. We discussed the best hearing aid for me and a week later I received it. In that appointment she explained everything about the aids, programmed them, and set up the app on my iPhone. Very satisfied and would recommend her.

I went to an audiologist 6 years ago who said he couldn't help me. Fortunately (well...at my wife's urging) I went to Evolution Hearing two weeks ago. My high decibel loss was down another 15 points. Dr. Kristin Koch thoroughly explained the options and I got to try some on. I selected these hardly noticeable hearing aids I've been wearing for two days and am extremely happy with them! My wife is also happy which is nice since she has complained about my hearing for years...
