We hired Meagan Lucy Photography in 2018 as our videographer for our wedding in May 2020, originally planned at a winery in Sacramento. Due to COVID, we last minute decided to elope to Lake Tahoe and postpone our reception party to 2021. We're SO thankful we had Ryan to capture and film our special day, creating BEAUTIFUL films that we can show our family and friends who couldn't attend. In the end, we decided to cancel our reception party and Ryan/Meagan were so kind to make edits to our elopement films, which I know must've been a lot easier said than done! Thank you so much!

Meagan and her team are incredible! We first met Meagan to shoot our engagement photos and our experience was nothing short of fantastic. She provided us with the most beautiful photos and made two very un-photogenic people look great. We haven't received our wedding photos yet but I am sure they will be fabulous. Meagan, her videographer, and assistant did an AMAZING job on our engagement and wedding photos. Meagan was great to work with, super sweet and easy to talk to about what you want and your vision. She made me very comfortable on the wedding day and was super attentive. The photos came back super quick, we got a great variety of pictures, and she captured everything beautifully. Meagan was the first photographer we met with. After meeting her, we knew we had found the photographer we wanted and we didn't even bother to go to any other appointments. Meagan has a great personality, is easy-going, and extremely well organized. My husband doesn't like to have his picture taken so he was dreading hours of photos, but Meagan made it fun and works fast. I just got the pictures last night and I can't stop looking at them. Meagan is amazing to work with! The timing of our wedding got all sorts of screwed up and we felt horrible because we gave Meagan a specific timeline beforehand. I was worried that everything would get messed up but she made us feel like everything was under control and helped us out so much! I couldnt imagine anyone else doing as well as she did. We just received our wedding photos back that Kristina took and WOW. She completely captured everything I wanted, and took some artistic liberties on certain shots that came out beautiful. Not only were the pictures wonderful, but we LOVED working with her. She listened to us during our initial and final appointments and made us feel really comfortable. During the wedding itself, she was doing such a good job with grabbing the necessary people for photographs, and suggesting a variety of poses outside the "typical" posed wedding pictures. I'm so happy we chose Christopher Kight for our wedding in June. When I was planning I didn't realize how expensive photography is but Christopher Kight was very cost friendly compared to most. We had a great experience with Christopher Kight at our wedding in June. We picked Jonathan, a student photographer, and were very happy with how our pictures turned out and how he kept to our schedule and got all the shots we wanted. He also got some great candid shots at the reception that are some of our favorites. We also had a great experience working with Megan who we met with initially and who handled our billing/coordinating. Would highly recommend.

An update, I just recieved a call from Meghan, and she was so sympathetic and sweet regarding our experience, and she spoke with how they handled our situation within the company, as well as steps to ensure this wont happen to anyone else, which was very important to me. I am sure this was just a one time tragic event, and that choosing this company for your wedding needs is a good choice. If they ever have an interest in baby or couples photography, we would surely choose Meghan to work with.

I am so happy I went with Christopher Kight Photography for my wedding! Marty kept me on point the whole time. He was patient with my family as well when they wanted to take pictures at the church. I wanted a no-nonsense; "I'm here to get the best shots possible"; wedding photographer. I wanted someone to tell me exactly what to do; to make sure everyone looked amazing; and make sure that we got the most AMAZING photos possible. Chris fit this description perfectly.
He was extremely pleasant to work with; had everything on hand that we could ever think of asking for. He even had a diaper pin for my bustle when the tailored hook inevitably broke

Chris photographed our June 2013 wedding at Catta Verdera Country Club and we could not be happier! From the first time we met him through the planning process we knew he would be the best photographer for us--and he still surpassed our expectations! Mega Lucy was our photographer. She was enthusiastic and knowledgeable. She was in early communication with the venue and on the day she put everyone at ease. Megan was friendly, un-demanding and a real delight to work with. She has nearly ten years of experience and it shows. ******. I would give Chris 6 stars if I could. He and his assistant Jason were absolutely phenomenal in every way on my wedding day. Chris is not only a sensational photographer; he also helped my day to run smoothly from having safety pins for my train to putting on boutonnieres for the guys. He has an incredibly sense of color, detail and a great knack for great location shots.
