I love to eat here ! I came to Warrenton several times a year and I never fail to stop and have lunch here - and order a sandwich to take home to my husband ... The staff and service is always friendly and quick !

Great quick lunch while working in Warrenton. Fresh food served with a beautiful welcoming smile. Gabby was very sweet and the young lady at register I didn't get her name very very helpful and welcoming. Great environment. We will be back.

What a find! Just a short ride from Lake Gaston is a charming spot for a great sandwich and a cold beer, good coffee or hot tea. Worth detouring off 85 before exits South with the same ole same.

All the charm of a small town, but an incredible menu that rivals big city sandwich shops. I think it's really great that this century old hardware store was converted into this incredible restaurant. I really like that all of the dishes are named after hardware tools. To top off the ambiance here, they had the Andy Griffith show on a constant stream on the TV at lunch. On the old hardware shelves they have a lot of local products for sale, including coffees and teas. They have new specials every day and specials on Friday and Saturdays. Great homemade food. My first visit here I did curbside and still got very fast and kind service not to mention a very delicious lunch for a reasonable price! Can't wait to try something new here. Hammer with fruit salad.

Haven't been here in a while. Wife got a Deli sandwich, said it was delicious. Tried the Special for today, hamburger it was ok, next time I will get a deli sandwich. Staff very friendly and courteous. They do charge a non cash adjustment fee for using a debit or credit card.

Great little sandwich shop. Staff was great loved the feel and look of the place was like stepping back in time. Ordered the Cowbell fresh Prime rib,horses radish, and Au jus on a fresh roll. Definitely recommend. Take time to look at the decor while waiting for your food you could probably see something you missed each time. I also had the special sausage sandwich which was also great.
