I came in with a custom gaming PC that was having an automatic restarting issue that I had no idea what could be causing it, Jeremy assured me it was something he could fix and had it back to me in 48 hours! He did the necessary fixes and actually optimized it to run better than it has before. He was very responsive, clearly had great knowledge and advice, set up a convenient appointment for me, and guaranteed his work. I couldn’t be happier! Recommend!!!

A glitch in a software upgrade caused all of my files to "disappear" and change the look and functionality of the Microsoft Office programs I use every day. Jeremy had my computer for one day and was able to find all of my important files, reload them and restore the Microsoft programs to just the way they were before this disaster happened. This is the second time I've needed the services of J-Tek Computer services and they were again top notch. Jeremy is now on my speed dial!

I was blown away with Jeremy and his service. I brought my computer in on a monday afternoon with 2 computers he was working on ahead if me, and got a call the following morning that it was done. I had numerous issues with my computer...my battery was dying immediately, my fans were working its hardest it could and iverheating, pages were so long to load, videos no longer worked nor DVD's. Jeremy was quick to troubleshoot these problems abd fixed them all. Ny computer is now lightning quick and battery lasts 5 hours now. He's honestly the first computer/tech person that has spoken clear english

Jeremy (J-Tek) is easy going and efficient. When I first had an issue with my laptop, the Apple store was packed so I could only get an appointment by phone, and when I was in the phone with them (they were very friendly) we spent an hour trying to figure out the problem (to be fair, they couldn’t have my computer physically). I do feel though that Apple took too much time to find an issue that wasn’t necessarily there. Jeremy found the issue at a quicker rate.

Needed my hard drive replaced. Jeremy rescued my files and was even able to email me one that I desperately needed before vacation. He then replaced my hard drive, recovered all my files, and everything is working great. I went with Jeremy based on all the five star reviews and it was an excellent decision so I'm adding mine to the list.
