Mr Refrigeration

Had a split unit installed by Johnny Schultz and crew. Works great and looks great! Johnny returned back upon request to correct a little vibration issue and offered awesome customer service.

Mr Refrigeration came today to service both my furnaces. Did a wonderful job. Didn't try to upsell (which considering my furnaces are 31 years old would have been tempting for most HVAC technicians!). Was extremely reasonably priced. I would HIGHLY recommend. Thank you!

Just had Toby come out for my indoor fan that stopped working. Luckily I was home because the heat was on and the system thought it couldn't maintain temp, so the Aux heat (emer heaters) came on. Since the fan wasn't working the Aux heaters came on and started filling house with smoke.....omg...thankfully it was just dust and maybe some dog hair that was causing smoke. That's when I noticed the heat was on, fan wasn't on, Emer. heat was on..immediately turned Whole unit off.
Toby showed up within about 30 min of me calling this morning, Sunday no doubt! He found as soon as the took the door off

My technicians name was Toby, he was very nice and honest as well. Toby let me know what he needed to see and why. Since I already knew I needed wires replaced (the dog ate them) ( might have weed whacked them a few times 😬) he let me know the price per foot of replacing them and estimated about how many feet he would most likely need, it turns out the problem was actually a blown fuse which he fixed for me all in under an hour. I talked with him about a problem i had with my heater last season and he said he didnt see that it needed to be fixed but he told me what to do come this winter and

The Technician, Toby, was awesome!! We contacted him and he came over first thing on a Saturday morning and got the job done in a timely manner. He made sure to explain everything he was doing to us. And he gave us great recommendations on how to prevent certain things from happening! And also on how to use our new thermostat and the best filters to get. Toby was terrific!! He took care of the air conditioning condensation clog in just a few minutes!! We usually wait for something to break down before we get our air conditioning or heating system serviced. Toby very nicely encouraged us to get the preventive maintenance service. He let us know the cost of the service and we decided to go for it and have both our air conditioning and heating systems serviced sometime in October. Thanks again Toby!!
