Platinum Fire installed a fire suppression system in our house under the former home owner. Their service report is hanging from the system with a full schedule of each time they serviced the system.
After taking ownership of the house and the fire protection system Platinum Fire has refused to service the system.
I have redirected the service call to a competitor.
