The Pan America 1250 Special motorcycle is our premier two-wheel multi-tool built to endure, designed to explore, and engineered for adventure. The four models are named MOSH/CTY, RUSH/CTY Step-Thru, RUSH/CTY and RUSH/CTY Speed. The RUSH/CTY Step-Thru model has the same battery, single-speed drivetrain and top speed as the MOSH/CTY, but the "step through" design means the bike's frame doesn't have the standard top cross bar.
It also adds a 1.5-inch LED screen so you can see your ride mode, speed, odometer, battery level and headlight status; this screen is available on all of the Serial 1 bikes except the MOSH/CTY. Big shout out to Jim and Jeff in the service department ! I was having clutch problems with my Fatboy and Jim got me scheduled right in to see what the problem might be.
Jeff was the service tech who inspected it and he readjusted the tension on the cable.
What a surprising difference it made , I am one happy customer !

The parts and service guys here bent over backwards to help my wife and I fix our bikes. After speaking with other harley dealers in the Des moines area found that the guys at route 65 seemed to be the only people actually interested in helping us find the parts we needed. Even though these guys are a 35 minute drive from my house I will be taking my bikes here from now on.save yourself the time of trying to deal with people who don't care about you or your bike and bring your bike to these guys.

After 3 negative interactions with other dealerships, this guy Jake restored my faith! He's true to his word and the only pressure I felt want from anyone working there, it was from the wife on which bike I was getting! I even had these guys pull two bikes outside next to each other so I could see em both! Thanks to everyone there, we loaded up with memorabilia and I rode out with a 21 road glide! Thanks again route 65!! You all rock!

It's hard to give them any stars for service. You are charged a fee when you purchase a bike. But you will be back, because 9-10 bikes must not be checked. 3 out of 3 bikes we purchased from them in the last 3 months, have had to go back because of issues that should have been found during their check, which weren't.
Swarts is a great guy and stands behind his word. He had a ton of knowledge and explains everything. I give him 10 stars!!

The most knowledgeable sales people and parts department I've ever dealt with!! I went to the barn and they wouldn't even look at me evidently they didn't think that I had money or something they were all just standing around nobody would come to me to help me at all as soon as I walked into your dealership I was approached kindly asked if I was looking or just browsing... I said I was just browsing for right now he goes what are you interested in? I told him a trike he said well we have quite a few over here and it went on from there probably the best experience I've ever had purchasing a vehicle
